My corner of reflection

I’ve always believed that education is more than a curriculum, a classroom, or a set of grades. It’s a living, breathing process that shapes who we are, as learners and as humans. Over the years, I’ve found myself putting thoughts together on scraps of paper, in the margins of books, or in notes that never see the light of day. Those reflections have been my way of making sense of the questions that keep me curious: How do our brains learn best? What role does wellbeing play in education? How can we create spaces where every learner feels seen, valued, and empowered?

This blog is where I’m finally gathering those thoughts, giving them a home, and sharing them with anyone who’s interested in exploring education through both a personal and research-based lens. I’ll write about what I’m studying in my master’s program, the articles and books that challenge me, and the projects that let me test these ideas in practice. You can expect a mix of neuroscience, wellbeing, and holistic education, all grounded in real experiences and written in my own voice.

I’m not here to write polished, one-size-fits-all solutions. I’m here to explore, question, and learn alongside you. My hope is that these posts feel like a conversation — the kind you have over coffee with someone who cares deeply about education and isn’t afraid to rethink it from the inside out.

So, welcome. I’m glad you’re here. Let’s see where this journey takes us.
